No. Our initial consultation / in-home assessment is free. After the assessment, we provide a clear quote before any service begins.

We provide clear service records and timesheets that reflect hours worked and services delivered. You only pay for the time and care that you receive.

Yes. We provide detailed invoices for each billing period. Invoices can be printed or emailed  whichever the client prefers.

 

Many families are able to claim home care expenses in their income tax as a medical expense (depending on personal tax situation). We encourage clients to speak with their accountant for accurate advice.

Yes, when caregivers are available. Short-notice requests may require a minimum booking time.
